An international FinTech company specializing in a wide range of financial services and tools for investors and traders is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join their friendly team!

In Short

• Conduct contractual work in accordance with offshore jurisdiction laws and English law.
• Legal support for the creation, reorganization, and liquidation of companies in various jurisdictions.
• Work with sanctions databases from OFAC, the UK, and Asian countries, verifying counterparty documents.
• Organize and support the opening of accounts in banks and payment systems worldwide, including KYC procedures.
• Prepare recommendations and legal opinions on foreign legislation.
• Monitor changes in legislation in foreign jurisdictions and research promising jurisdictions.
• Negotiate and interact with foreign consultants.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate law.
• Knowledge of offshore jurisdictions and English law.
• Familiarity with KYC and compliance processes.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with international legal frameworks.
