This role combines strategic outreach, business development, and psychology-based HR support, requiring someone with initiative, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

In Short

  • Identify and reach out to businesses for sponsorship opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential sponsors.
  • Assist in crafting sponsorship proposals and pitch decks.
  • Support business psychology services for clients.
  • Provide support on team management and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in administrative support and outreach.
  • Strong communication and writing skills required.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM systems.
  • Background in Psychology preferred.
  • Experience in fashion or event planning is a plus.

Requirements

  • Background in Psychology (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred).
  • Experience in administrative support, outreach, or business development.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Professional, empathetic, and well-organized.
  • Experience with small businesses, nonprofits, or startups preferred.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive HR matters confidentially.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
