• Provide technical support for virtual meetings.
• Assist participants with logging into platforms like Zoom and Adobe Connect.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience or 3-5 years of related experience/training.
• Previous IT Help Desk or technical support experience.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot peripherals and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
