Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced project manager, who will partner with Global-e and will be responsible for delivering projects for our existing clients.

In Short

• Manage work through the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements.
• Work internally with various functions such as developers, QA, Solutions team, product team, and customer success managers.
• Complete accountability for all planning, commitments, and on-time delivery of Global-e solutions to customers.
• Customer facing – focal point responsible for customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate, synchronize, and track progress of various cross-company teams.
• Communicate the progress to customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in B2B project management position.
• Ability to understand tech concepts.
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies – advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details.
• Excellent English – Written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent additional language – advantage.
• Team player and problem-solving.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under deadlines in a changing environment.
• Independently manage and prioritize task assignments.
• Ability to be flexible and work extended hours as required.
• Experience in close working interactions with distant teams.
