Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Sales Operations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Customer Success Management Systems.
• Understanding of AI in workflows is a plus.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Strong presentation skills.
