Overview

Glean is seeking a talented Solution Architect (SA) to join our rapidly expanding, venture-backed startup. As the Solutions Architect Manager, you will lead a team of solution architects, overseeing customer-facing technical initiatives to drive successful implementations of Glean’s AI-powered platform.

In Short

• Build and manage a consulting services team of Solution Architects.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with clients to integrate the platform into their existing systems.
• Partner with the Sales team to scope services proposals.
• Monitor and manage key metrics related to project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership in resolving complex architectural challenges.
• Build technical documentation and tools for customer onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Represent the company at key client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a solutions architecture role.
• Experience in enterprise-level pre-sales or post-sales architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a technical team.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Experience with software development in programming languages (Python, Java, Go).
• Strong knowledge of API integration, networking, and security protocols.
• Proficiency in debugging techniques.
• Proven ability to hire and retain top talent.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on customer success.
