Overview

Glean is seeking a Senior Analyst, AMER Field Operations to support its rapid sales team growth and drive operational excellence within its go-to-market (GTM) function.

• Serve as the operational lead for sales leaders, delivering actionable insights.
• Own the forecasting process, ensuring alignment between sales and finance.
• Streamline workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable processes.
• Enable revenue growth by consulting on real-time dashboards and reports.
• Manage territory planning and quota-setting processes for sales expansion.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams for cross-functional initiatives.
• Act as the escalation point for critical operational issues.
• Lead initiatives to scale all sales ops deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, field operations, or revenue operations.
• Strong understanding of sales support roles and business metrics.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
