The Senior Manager, Travel & Meetings Operations - Americas is responsible for overseeing operations related to travel, meetings, expenses, and payment solutions across the Americas region.

• Collaborate with Operations and Sourcing teams to enhance service quality.
• Establish and manage KPIs for Travel & Meetings spend.
• Work with Country/Region procurement and finance teams to optimize awareness of spend.
• Manage meetings operations and strategy for the Americas.
• Align on meeting forecasts with key stakeholders.
• Oversee budget management for travel operations.
• Manage corporate card programs and ensure KPI adherence.
• Provide strategic direction and insights to stakeholders.
• Support reporting for travel and meetings stakeholders.
• Manage regional supplier relationships and communicate initiatives.
• Implement global and regional projects.
• Proactively manage stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in travel, meetings, and expense management.
• Experience with travel, expenses, and meeting systems.
