• Develop, update, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, White papers, Blogs
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather technical information and ensure the accuracy of documentation.
• Facilitate interviews with subject matter experts (SME) and write user-friendly procedures based on SME’s knowledge and requirements
• Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and adheres to company standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure documentation relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Graphic design skills for creating visual aids and diagrams.
