We are looking for a Lead Developer to join our Engineering Team focused on enhancing our products supporting our Non-Profit Organization (NPO) customer base.

In Short

• Collaborate with team leads, design and product teams to create web applications.
• Develop and maintain front end components using React.
• Implement and optimize user interactions for seamless experiences.
• Integrate front end components with backend APIs.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of components.
• Continuously improve user experience and implement new features.
• Stay updated with front end technologies and trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience with React applications.
• 3+ years experience with Ruby applications.
• Ability to develop responsive web applications.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Engages in TDD as a standard practice.
• Experience with prompt engineering.
