Senior Team Lead, Software Engineering - Remote

Overview

The Principal Software Engineer I is responsible for developing high-quality, innovative, fully performing software in compliance with coding standards. This individual works in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure that software deliverables, including designs, codes, and tests, are completed in a timely manner, while remaining aligned with industry and organizational standards.

In Short

• Work closely with Architects and Engineering leads on defining Enterprise level Architecture for SaaS-based product.
• Ensure adherence to quality processes and work closely to ensure Automation is on Track.
• Plan and contribute Migration Strategy for moving from legacy to new application architecture.
• Build Proof of Concepts that demonstrate new technology directions or functionality.
• Be responsible for a portion of the overall product suite.
• Contribute to testing and quality assurance, ensuring Automation and Security defects meet SLA.
• Hands-on development experience using cloud architectural patterns.
• Experience in enterprise applications strictly on cloud environment.
• Experience with multitenancy and Continuous integration.
• Expertise in developing APIs and integration of services.

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience with web services, web APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Quality Assurance experience with Test Automation and performance testing.
• Experience in architecting scalable SaaS-based platforms.
• Experience with AWS native applications and Open-Source implementations.
• Experience with NOSQL databases (Kafka, OpenSearch preferred).
• Experience in Agile Scrum processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle conflict.
• Experience with technology stack Python, React JS, Django/Flask/FastAPI.
• Educational qualification: BE/BTECH(CS/IT) / Post Graduation any Degree.
