Senior Stock Administrator - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Stock Administrator at GitLab, you will manage complex global equity programs across 60+ countries and ensure compliance with global equity administration requirements.

In Short

• Support day-to-day administration of equity programs.
• Maintain data in the Equity Edge Online/E*TRADE database.
• Lead compliance and reporting efforts for equity programs.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity programs.
• Develop and deliver employee training and communications.
• Support Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) administration.
• Generate recurring reports and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Manage SOX procedures related to equity processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in equity award processing.
• Understand accounting rules associated with stock-based compensation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Stock Plan Administration.
• Expertise with Stock Options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP programs.
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level III.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable speaking to an audience and creating presentations.
• Expert in Excel/Google sheets.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn and use GitLab.
