Overview

As an Engineering Manager at GitLab, you will focus on building a world-class team and ensuring they succeed in developing the GitLab Dedicated product. You will work with a Product Manager to align business goals with engineering efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in leading SaaS systems.
• Strong technical understanding of SaaS applications and infrastructure.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, and retaining engineering talent.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
• Proven leadership experience in large-scale consumer platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills across functions.
