Director of Client Services - Bay Area - Remote

Overview

The Director of Client Services role is designed for a passionate and engaged storyteller, with a well-rounded understanding of business technology and software. You’ll build strong client relationships, drive the expansion of existing client accounts, and focus on the successful delivery of ongoing projects in the portfolio.

Requirements

• Native or near-native English speaker and writer.
• 5-10 years of experience in a consulting or client services lead role.
• Proven experience in developing customer-stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in solution management and growing accounts.
• Demonstrated professional and executive presence.
• Understanding of the business technology landscape.
• Creativity in developing and shaping solutions.
• Success in growing a portfolio by shaping and selling technology projects.
• Led or supported revenue generation activities.
• Occasional travel in the Bay Area is required.
