In Short

• Build and manage Giga Energy’s Revenue Operations function.
• Serve as the HubSpot administrator for GTM data.
• Develop strategies for customer lifecycle management.
• Own reporting and analytics across sales performance.
• Partner with GTM leadership on planning.
• Ensure seamless lead routing and sales enablement processes.
• Explore and implement third-party tools for prospecting.
• Drive continuous improvement across GTM operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in revenue operations or similar roles.
• Expert in HubSpot and CRM management.
• Strong analytical skills for actionable insights.
• Experience in building systems and processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience as the first RevOps hire at a startup.
• Familiarity with tools like Clay, OpenPhone, Unify.
• Track record of driving growth through optimized processes.
