Overview

As a Research and Insights Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in providing analytical capabilities and functional expertise to support original research, business development, and knowledge creation.

In Short

• Analyze large datasets to identify actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Product team to enhance online survey platform.
• Contribute to thought leadership development.
• Create bespoke insights for business development proposals.
• Conduct Salesforce reporting and analyses.
• Leverage third-party data platforms for market trends.
• Own the Knowledge Hub and ensure resources are accessible.
• Create and distribute internal firm newsletter.
• Build and refine slides for knowledge-sharing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 1-2 years of consulting experience or 3+ years in a similar focus area.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with survey tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in virtual environments.
• Passion for enabling business success through people insights.
