In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer onboarding.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with sales for seamless onboarding.
  • Provide product training and resources to customers.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and address issues.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Represent Ghost Security at industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Analytical mindset to interpret customer data.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape is a plus.
