• Plan and prepare executive travel itineraries.
• Draft and manage emails and correspondence.
• Create reports and presentation slides.
• Oversee marketing and social media management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Tech savvy with current technologies.
• Experience with MS Office and online calendars.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained.
• Able to work on a graveyard shift.
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
• Working Webcam and a computer with specified requirements.
