Outbound Caller - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Outbound Caller whose primary focus is ensuring that prospects attend their scheduled demo appointments.

In Short

• Conduct outbound calls to confirm scheduled demo appointments with prospects.
• Ensure prospects are reminded of their demo, providing necessary details and answering basic questions.
• Ask 1-2 qualification questions during confirmation calls to assess prospect fit.
• Document and update call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Communicate effectively with the sales team regarding any scheduling updates or qualification insights.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service in all interactions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
• Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to conversations naturally.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Hubspot) and call tracking tools is a plus.
