Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of cloud-based systems.
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature and working Webcam required.
