Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least a year of experience in client relationship management or project management.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Comfortable with various operating systems and video call tools.
• Understanding of SaaS services and technology-based solutions.
• Ability to develop and implement goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Ability to persuade or negotiate effectively.
• Experience with process implementation is a plus.
