Lead Vehicle Systems Engineering Team - Remote

Overview

The Vehicle Systems Engineering Team Lead is responsible for coaching, mentoring and leading a sub-team of Vehicle Systems Engineering staff within the Vehicle Systems Engineering global team and will support and align this team in order to meet the overall team’s goals and deliverables.

Requirements

• 4+ years in vehicle development or related experience.
• Experience with vehicle systems and architectures.
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostic standards.
• Experience with vehicle interfacing and analysis tools.
• Strong programming fundamentals, especially in C/C++.
• Experience with SQL or Google Big Query.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• People management experience is an asset.
• Agile development experience.
