Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in experience platforms or technology strategy roles.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Strong understanding of experience platform ecosystems.
• Hands-on expertise with platforms like Adobe, Sitecore, and Optimizely.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to executive audiences.
• Experience developing platform roadmaps and migration strategies.
• Familiarity with composable DXP architectures.
• Experience in an experience consultancy or professional services environment.
• Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience with emerging AI capabilities in experience platforms.
