Overview

The Business Analyst is responsible for all business aspects of the requirements and analysis phase of a project, ensuring that the final deliverable meets the intended needs of the business.

• Plan and manage tasks for software development phases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst or Consulting Experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Computer Science or related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent consulting skills.
• Knowledge of sound business practices.
• Hands-on development experience with relevant platforms.
• Thorough knowledge of SDLC models.
• Experience writing epics/features and user stories.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor personnel.
