In Short

• Full cycle of working on marketing funnels: from idea and research to launch and analysis.
• Generating product hypotheses, testing them (A/B), and validating through data.
• Analyzing data and identifying growth opportunities at all stages of the funnel.
• Building upsell and cross-sell systems.
• Studying competitors and the market, as well as conducting user interviews.
• Creating marketing messages that resonate and reflect the value of the product.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Marketing Manager / Product Manager / Growth / UA Manager (1+ year), or in consulting/Big4/FMCG.
• Confident working with analytics, understanding funnels, numbers, and metrics' impact on business, with experience in Amplitude.
• Ability to research users, segment audiences, and test value propositions.
• Customer perspective analysis alongside data analysis.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on building rather than just completing tasks.
• Data-driven thinking and willingness to take responsibility.
• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.
• Open mindset to understand new trends and work with unconventional topics.
