Requirements

  • 5+ years of client-facing People Analytics experience.
  • Experience in Talent Intelligence Consulting.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and market intelligence.
  • Degree with quantitative focus or in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI, SQL, R, or Python.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through data insights.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of workforce and market trends.
  • Ability to develop frameworks for evaluating talent strategies.
