Program Validation Engineer - Battery Electric Vehicles - Remote

Overview

The Program Validation Engineer (PVE) will join the Global Product Validation Team, focusing on ensuring that battery electric vehicle programs meet all requirements and are validated efficiently.

In Short

• Serve as an advocate for validation within the program team.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure timely delivery of validated products.
• Drive approval of the physical build plan and virtual test strategy.
• Proactively identify and resolve validation issues.
• Act as the single point of contact for program content changes.
• Coordinate the collection of required approvals for PVCL.
• Travel as needed to support program validation success.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Proficient in Jira, Slack, Power BI, and coding languages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Proficiency in Jira, Slack, Power BI, and at least one coding language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle.
