Overview

The Customer Resource Manager role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues efficiently while managing interactions with dealerships and the Customer Assistance Center.

In Short

  • Remote position with territory visits in the Southeast Region.
  • Develop innovative solutions for customer experience enhancement.
  • Manage customer issues from contact to resolution.
  • Analyze data to improve dealer processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate training and initiatives for field partners.
  • Act as a liaison with external agencies on customer issues.
  • Engage with dealers to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Must live within 50 miles of Miami, FL or be willing to relocate.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
