Overview

GeneDx, a patient-centered technology company, is seeking an IT Portfolio Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our IT programs, projects, and products to drive successful outcomes across the organization.

In Short

• Execute the portfolio strategy for a diverse range of IT programs, projects and products.
• Manage the success of the development process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and improve portfolio management processes and best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and gather customer feedback.
• Collaborate with IT engineering teams on product feature implementation.
• Utilize productivity tools like Jira and Monday.com to track tasks.
• Drive enhancements in service delivery and streamline IT operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or scientific field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in product management in a SaaS environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs.
• Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in creating product documentation and training users.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical issues clearly.
• Familiarity with compliance standards like HIPAA and SOC2.
