Overview

The Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Citrix and Exchange environments, ensuring high client productivity and satisfaction.

• Administer and support Citrix CVAD environments.
• Manage Citrix Provisioning Services, App Layering, and NetScaler ADC.
• Maintain and troubleshoot on-prem Exchange Server environments.
• Perform Exchange migrations and mailbox restores.
• Monitor system health and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with support teams for escalations and project rollouts.
• Document configurations and procedures.
• Work remotely with some onsite client work in NYC metro area.
