Industrial Hygienist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Industrial Hygienist to join our team supporting the Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) at their Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory! This position is full-time and will be based out of West Mifflin, PA with up to 25% remote work.

In Short

• Conduct and document industrial hygiene (IH) exposure assessments.
• Assess performance of field surveillances.
• Conduct workforce interviews.
• Work in an autonomous teaming environment.
• Provide timely, high quality, customer service-based IH solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be a United States (U.S.) citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and teaming skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full mobility and ability to work in an industrial environment.
• Ability to wear a respirator and complete fit testing.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
