Task Lead/Project Manager - Remote

Overview

GDIT has an opportunity for a dynamic and talented candidate to join our team supporting the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC) Case Management Systems Office (CMSO) in its modernization effort for one of its mission-critical applications.

In Short

• Manage multiple projects and senior-level customer relationships.
• Implement Agile project management methodologies.
• Oversee delivery driving process and quality improvement.
• Provide bi-weekly Agile reports and Monthly Status Reports.
• Collaborate with various teams to provide accurate requirements.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of all contractual items.
• Facilitate meetings and document action items.
• Manage personnel across multiple teams.
• Develop project-related artifacts and communicate effectively.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years’ experience in IT Management.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with quality control programs.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience in technology solutions delivery.
• US Citizenship not required.
