Program Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Program Analyst position involves providing help desk support for Tableau-based dashboards and a federal case management system. The role requires identifying, triaging, and resolving issues while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Provide Tier 1 support for customer requests.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical customer support role.
