Overview

The Program Analyst performs complex administrative and analytical tasks to support a contract program, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and performance metrics.

• Develops plans including budgets and schedules for contract requirements.
• Supports PMO in managing cost, schedule, and performance.
• Conducts budget analysis and cost estimations.
• Monitors performance against plans to meet objectives.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Finance, Analysis, and Government Contracting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in identifying risks and ensuring compliance.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• SECRET CLEARANCE or ability to obtain one.
