Salesforce Training Production Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Training Production Analyst to join our remote team, supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) activities.

In Short

• Conduct content and deliverable discovery sessions with clients.
• Create training plans and develop document deliverables.
• Ensure content completion and compliance with Section 508.
• Collaborate with Salesforce development teams on communication materials.
• Analyze communication needs for IT development work.
• Coordinate project deliverables for an Agile scrum team.
• Utilize instructional design best practices for content development.
• Facilitate document drafting and peer review processes.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and present deliverables.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in document and training material development.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and experience with CMS.
• Experience with the No Surprises Act (NSA) and Section 508 compliance.
• Strong relationship-building skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time and work under constraints.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience leading document development processes.
• Must have lived in the USA for at least 3 out of the last 5 years.
