Production Planning Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Production Planning Analyst at VOSKER is responsible for planning, analyzing, and optimizing production processes to ensure the availability of finished products based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints.

In Short

• Develop and maintain production plans considering global supply lead times.
• Analyze production capacity and recommend adjustments to avoid stock-outs.
• Monitor inventory levels of critical components and suggest adjustments.
• Use data analysis tools to develop reports and forecasts.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of planning processes.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for on-time delivery of components.
• Communicate with stakeholders in a multilingual context.

Requirements

• University degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Bilingualism in French and English required.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel.
• Practical experience with Power Query and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite or equivalent).
• Experience in a technology or electronics manufacturing environment is an asset.
