In Short

  • Handle customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide consultations on products and services in Edge Network.
  • Conduct technical diagnostics to resolve issues.
  • Address complex technical issues with effective solutions.
  • Identify patterns in technical issues and suggest improvements.
  • Work on night shifts with two consecutive shifts followed by two days off.
  • Be responsible and organized, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with networking and CDN is essential.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana and Kibana.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Experience with Linux and API.
  • Solid understanding of hardware and software diagnostics.
  • Good customer advocacy and soft skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks.
  • Nice to have experience with SQL.
