In Short

  • Handle customer requests via chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide consultations about Edge Network products.
  • Conduct technical diagnostics and resolve issues.

  • Identify patterns in technical issues and suggest improvements.
  • Work on a night shift schedule.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals.
  • Engage with industry giants like Intel and NVIDIA.
  • Work from anywhere in the world for up to 45 days per year.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Experience with CDN and Linux.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana and Kibana.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Organized and a team player.
  • Experience with SQL is a plus.
