Overview

Join Gcore as a Technical Support Engineer, where you will handle customer requests, provide consultations, and resolve technical issues in Edge Cloud services.

In Short

  • Handle customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide consultations regarding Edge Cloud products and services.
  • Conduct technical diagnostics to resolve issues.
  • Address complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Identify patterns in technical issues and suggest improvements.
  • 2+ years of Technical Support experience required.
  • Good networking knowledge and understanding of diagnostics.
  • Experience with Linux and API.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Technical Support experience.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
  • Experience with Linux (Ubuntu or CentOS).
  • Familiarity with OpenStack or other cloud infrastructure software.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
  • Strong customer advocacy and soft skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Quick learner and organized team player.
  • Experience with SQL is a plus.
