In Short

• Design and develop WebSocket services ensuring high availability and concurrency.
• Analyze and optimize the performance of existing WebSocket services.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Quickly locate and fix issues during system operation.
• Maintain technical documentation including design and interface documents.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and operations teams.
• Stay updated on new technologies and trends in real-time communication.
• Ensure the system meets financial industry security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of backend development experience, with 3+ years in WebSocket or real-time communication.
• Familiarity with WebSocket protocol and its applications in high concurrency environments.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Java, Golang, Node.js, or Python.
• Experience in designing and developing large-scale high concurrency systems.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
