• System design and development: Responsible for the architecture design and development of WebSocket services, ensuring high availability and high concurrency capability.
• Performance optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of existing WebSocket services to improve system response speed and processing capability.
• Code implementation: Write high-quality code, ensuring maintainability and scalability, participate in code reviews and technical sharing.
• Fault troubleshooting: Quickly locate and fix issues during system operation, ensuring stability and reliability.
• Technical documentation: Write and maintain technical documents, including design documents and interface documents, ensuring knowledge accumulation and transfer within the team.
• Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with product managers, front-end developers, and operations teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• Technical research: Stay updated on new technologies and trends in real-time communication, continuously improving technical skills and applying new technologies to projects.
• Security: Ensure the system meets financial industry security standards, participate in formulating security strategies and implementation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, diploma holders may be considered for outstanding candidates, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of backend development experience, with more than 3 years of experience in WebSocket or real-time communication development.
• WebSocket protocol: Familiar with WebSocket protocol and its implementation, understanding its application scenarios in high concurrency and high availability environments.
• Programming languages: Proficient in at least one backend programming language, such as Java, Golang, Node.js, or Python, with good coding habits.
• High concurrency systems: Experience in designing and developing large-scale high concurrency systems, capable of designing and implementing efficient backend services.
• Database skills: Familiar with relational and non-relational databases, with database design and performance optimization capabilities.
• Distributed systems: Understanding the principles of distributed systems, familiar with microservices architecture, load balancing, and caching technologies.
• Communication skills: Good communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Self-driven: Strong self-motivation, able to complete tasks independently and proactively solve problems.
