• Develop overall planning for trading line products including features and user experience.
• Write high-quality product design documents covering interface design, interaction processes, and functional logic.
• Analyze market dynamics and user needs for trading products.
• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and propose targeted optimization plans.
• Manage project plans and ensure timely delivery and stable operation of products.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve project execution challenges.
• Collaborate closely with team members and maintain good communication with relevant departments.
• Continuously optimize product strategies based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Assist in company and team arrangements to promote efficient project and team work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience as an internet product manager, including 2 years in financial, securities, futures, or digital currency trading products.
• Understanding of various order modes and trading logic, with knowledge of position management and risk control.
• Successful experience in planning and launching financial products with strong project management skills.
• Creative thinking, clear logic, and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in mainstream product design tools like Axure, Figma, Office, etc.
• Familiar with business rules and compliance requirements in trading industries.
