In Short

• Responsible for daily monitoring of existing business systems and cloud servers.
• Handle common issues during system usage.
• Monitor public cloud platform basic service components.
• Ensure system performance, quality, and security.
• Monitor third-party edge CDN products.
• Respond to fault handling in a 7*24 hour shift.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in 7*24 hour shifts.
• Familiar with mainstream public cloud products (AWS, Tencent, Alibaba, Huawei).
• Possession of public cloud-related certifications is preferred.
• Familiar with commercial CDN and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Linux server systems and protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP.
• Proficient in Shell/Python or other scripting languages.
• Familiar with mainstream monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Strong responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
