• Lead participation in core trading systems and margin formula systems.

• 5+ years of experience, with a focus on unified account/core trading development preferred.
• Proficient in Golang/C++ with extensive experience in complex system abstraction, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding and application of databases, caching, and distributed messaging components.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive and self-driven, willing to step out of comfort zones to drive technical solutions and business scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience in core trading system development.
• Ability to guide and mentor team members.
