• Lead participation in core trading systems and margin formula systems.
• Design and develop high-performance, highly available backend distributed systems.
• Continuously optimize system architecture and performance, completing system development with high quality.
• Oversee technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• 5+ years of work experience, preferably in unified account/core trading development.
• Proficient in Golang/C++, with rich experience in complex system abstraction, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding and application of databases, caching, and distributed messaging components.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive and self-driven.
• Willing to step out of comfort zones to promote the implementation of technical solutions and business scenarios.
