In Short

• Responsible for the architecture design, deployment, operation, and optimization of the company's cloud computing platform, ensuring high availability, stability, and security of the system.
• Lead a technical team of 50-100 people, setting team goals, division of labor, and performance management, promoting continuous development and technical capability enhancement.
• Oversee daily management of cloud infrastructure, including resource allocation, capacity planning, fault troubleshooting, and monitoring alerts.
• Develop and optimize system operation automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce human intervention.
• Track industry trends in cloud computing technology, regularly evaluate and optimize existing technical solutions.
• Coordinate cross-departmental needs, provide technical support, and ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Formulate and execute system security policies, conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Manage vendor and service provider relationships, control costs reasonably, and optimize resource usage.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Technical Experience: At least 8 years of experience in operations and cloud computing, including 3 years of AWS platform operations experience.
• Team Management: Experience managing a team of 50-100 people, with excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AWS services (such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and related automation tools (such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Practical Experience: Familiar with the architecture and operation of large-scale distributed systems, with practical experience in handling high concurrency and high-performance systems.
• Security Awareness: Understanding of cloud computing security practices, familiar with identity authentication, data encryption, and related technologies.
• Good Communication Skills: Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, as well as proficiency in English reading and writing.
