Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial system development, with at least 1 year in quantitative development.
• Proficient in Golang, Python, Java, or C++ with experience in high-concurrency system development.
• Familiar with MySQL and Redis applications in trading scenarios.
• Knowledge of message queues like Kafka or Pulsar.
• Expertise in Kubernetes for container deployment and monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience in developing contract grid strategy systems and understanding dynamic parameter adjustment mechanisms.
• Familiarity with CTA strategies in cryptocurrency markets.
• Understanding of position management algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
