Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering with 4+ years on high-throughput backend systems.
• Expertise in Golang or other backend languages.
• Experience with scalable systems supporting millions of RPM.
• Proficient in API design and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong experience with messaging systems like Kafka.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to mentor and lead projects independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
