Overview

The Automation and Personalization Lead will define and drive the strategy for marketing automation and applied machine learning at Gametime, focusing on CRM and SEM channels.

In Short

  • Define and drive marketing automation strategy.
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams.
  • Develop and deploy ML-powered systems for targeting and personalization.
  • Work across the lifecycle of ML application.

  • Own the roadmap for ML and marketing automation.
  • Champion best practices in experimentation and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure solutions are business-relevant and measurable.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data science or marketing technology.
  • 2+ years in a lead or strategic capacity.
  • Proven success in deploying ML or automation in marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience building and deploying ML systems in production.
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and customer lifecycle.
