• Identifies scope of testing for assigned integration enhancements.
• Determines if UAT, Regression or End to End testing is necessary.
• Develops a Test Plan ensuring completion on schedule.
• Writes test cases and documents each step for validation.
• Executes test cases and documents outcomes.
• Performs research and analysis for reported issues.
• Identifies operational impacts of verified issues.
• Tracks and traces the resolution of verified issues.
• Communicates production issues and resolution milestones.
• Collaborates with various teams to enhance testing strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Business Analyst / Tester experience in Healthcare.
• 3+ years of Medicaid and Medicare experience required.
• Associate Degree minimum requirement.
• Hands-On Testing Experience required, Testing Lead preferred.
• Expertise in developing testing strategies and executing test cases.
• Experience with UAT, Regression, and End to End Testing.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel or SQL.
• Familiarity with programming concepts.
• Strong client communication skills.
